i'm like the shawn bradley of video game players. lots of potential but i never lived up to it. i'm not coordinated enough to play those new-fangled video games. my skills peaked at the nintendo 64. which is why i can still kick ben utter's butt at mario kart.
Yeah!!!! Welcome to our neighborhood. Matt has told me so much about you all. Can't wait to meet you all when you move, hey free babysitters right across the street(well and up one house, the big blue one, however we kicked the bear out)!!!
Andrea,your soon to be neighbor, whenever you decide to move in. Our kids are excited about having a new family on the street with a child. Also unless I am mistaken as I look out our windows(and garage) the bunny flag??? well it's still there, so I guess you do get it!!!! I need to get a blog name.

Does the bunny flag come with the house?
I hope that the Easter flag in the front comes with the house. No house is complete without a seasonal flag.
Friends and Family, I don't think the bunny flag comes with it. Ben, lest you get any ideas, that would NOT make a good housewarming gift. *a

Nice place! Looks like lots of room for grandparents to come so they can visit Silas (and Joel and Alice, too).
And a real lawn to mow - all the training you had mowing in AZ will pay off (wait - we had mostly dirt in AZ).
