It doesn't seem that long ago that the pictures we looked at were when you and Matt were about the same age as Silas and Micah. How time flies! (I don't like getting older, heavy sigh).
I am proud of you for at least three things: (1) you love the Lord, (2) you chased / are chasing your dreams, and (3) you have a great family. I definitely "married up" when I married your mom; you definitely "married up" with Alice. She is speacial. And your kids are pretty special too. But you know that!
So, have a great b'day sleeping and going to work - and, when you get a chance, have some cake and ice cream. Even if it's not on your birthday.
